Once we were under contract on our house we began making a budget, and I feel as if that budget has gone completely out the window. We made our first big purchase at Lowes & it is by far the longest receipt I've ever had!

Drywall, a hot water heater, pipes, light switches, etc. are all wonderful & much needed in our home, but I am most excited about the first purchase I made several months back...a kitchen faucet! I found this beauty on ebay for $100 with an original $500 list price. I am counting down the days until I get to do dishes.
